Naturale Collection: matter that remains

Mineral and natural wood in a collection signed by Laguna

The Naturale Collection brings to architecture the strength, delicacy and memory of natural landscapes.

Nature does not create neutral surfaces. It lays down layers, shifts colors, draws veins, opens fissures and changes the light. In every stone there is a story of pressure, heat, water and time. In every wood, a journey of growth, climate and permanence.

The Naturale Collection is born from this perception. Its first expression is the Pietra Line, presented by Laguna as a curation of natural stones applied to door architecture. The project develops from a simple, powerful idea: allowing matter to preserve its origin while becoming part of a space’s composition.

Naturale is the first launch of an official collection signed by Laguna. This milestone presents new research by the brand, dedicated to the relationship between nature, design and architecture. The institutional signature is present in the construction precision and material selection, but the strength of the collection lies in what each stone can reveal on its own.

The art of nature in every space

The Pietra Line brings together natural stones chosen for their formation, physical characteristics, visual expression and ability to transform a door into an architectural element. Stone can amplify a room’s luminosity, create depth, introduce color, build contrast or establish a monumental presence.

Each material proposes an atmosphere. White can be light and absolute, milky and welcoming, or crossed by dramatic veins. Pink can soften architecture. Turquoise can bring the Amazon landscape into the project. Black can create silence, intensity and contrast. Earthy tones bring the surface closer to landscape, sand, mountain and the memory of ancient territories.

Naturale does not present stone as a layer applied over the door. The door comes to be conceived from the stone outward, from its scale, direction, veins, translucency and relationship with light. The material organizes the perception of the whole and establishes a dialogue with the floor, façade, woodwork, metal, glass and landscaping.

Every stone in Naturale has its own origin, language and atmosphere.

Light stones, light and permanence

Monte Vitta PR and Monte Cristo bring the luminosity of Paraná: the first in delicate soft-gray veins over a light background, suited to discreet compositions; the second in dramatic veins over a white base, the result of a formation subjected to intense heat and pressure, creating a focal point of great visual strength.

Lótus Quartzito combines a light, translucent base with delicate veins, crossed by golden nuances that run across the surface. Of Brazilian origin, the stone takes on different readings depending on the incidence of light, subtly revealing depth and movement.

The luminosity of light stones turns the door into continuity, depth and presence.

Color as landscape

Sodalita Blue concentrates deep blues crossed by light veins and mineral nuances that make every surface unique. With an intense presence, its composition creates depth and turns the door into an element of strong architectural expression.

Quartzito Esmerald follows a calmer reading of color. Mineral tones, soft nuances and delicate veins run across the surface in natural movements, creating a balanced composition with depth and a subtle presence.

Mineral color brings entire landscapes into architecture, between water, forest, night and earth.

Veins, pattern and composition

Macchia Oro PR and Macchia Vecchia PR explore pattern over a white background: the first with golden veins, enhanced by the bookmatch technique in symmetrical compositions; the second with wide, dark veins, for a bolder, more contemporary contrast.

Lunare starts from a deep base, marked by white and grayish veins that run across the surface in organic movements. Bege Matira follows a lighter, calmer reading, with soft tones and a subtle mineral pattern. In another direction, Red Velvet explores the intensity of reddish tones, run through by mineral veins that accentuate its strength and depth. Three distinct expressions of natural stone, between contrast, lightness and intensity.

In the Pietra Line, the stone’s veins take part in the architectural design.

Warmth, texture and biophilic design

The Naturale Collection also finds a form of expression in wood. The Legno Line brings the project closer to the texture, warmth and organic memory of natural veneers. Veins, knots and variations are not erased. They are preserved as part of each surface’s identity.

Wood softens the mineral presence of stone, creates continuity with panels and woodwork, and adds warmth to compositions of concrete, metal, glass and neutral tones. Its presence establishes a direct relationship with biophilic design, which understands nature as part of spatial quality and wellbeing in built environments.

Wood can appear discreetly or take over as a continuous surface. It can follow the height of a door, extend a panel or create a visual transition between rooms. Its strength lies in its ability to organize the atmosphere without losing closeness to natural matter.

In the Legno Line, wood brings architecture closer to its organic, welcoming dimension.

Veneers of the Legno Line

The Legno Line curation brings together ten natural veneers, each with its own origin, tone and finish.

Legno Freijó: of Amazonian origin, golden tone with brownish veins.
Satin finish, with a continuous pattern and discreet luminosity.

Legno Nogueira: of European origin, dark, uniform brown tone.
Natural finish that highlights the density of the grain, resulting in a sober, timeless character.

Legno Carvalho: of European origin, light tone between beige and honey.
Brushed finish that accentuates the fiber’s texture.

Legno Pau-Ferro: of Brazilian origin, dark brown tone with contrasting black veins.
Natural finish, with a dense pattern and strong visual presence.

Legno Imbuia: of southern Brazilian origin, greenish-brown tone.
Satin finish that preserves the species’ typical chromatic depth.

Legno Sucupira: of Brazilian origin, intense reddish-brown tone.
Natural finish, which reinforces the fiber’s density and visual solidity.

Legno Cumaru: of Amazonian origin, reddish-brown tone.
Satin finish that highlights long, straight veins.

Legno Jequitibá: of Brazilian Atlantic Forest origin, soft pinkish tone.
Natural finish, with lightness and a welcoming composition.

Legno Tauari: of Amazonian origin, light, uniform tone.
Satin finish, suited to rooms seeking visual breadth.

Legno Cedro: of Brazilian origin, reddish-pink tone.
Natural finish that enhances the species’ characteristic texture.

Earthy tones, pores and veins bring architecture closer to landscape and memory.

Precision so nature can remain

Natural stone has variations in pattern, density, porosity, hardness and finish. Laguna’s technology creates the conditions for these characteristics to be incorporated into the door with construction precision, safety and aesthetic coherence.

The work involves selection, sizing, finishing, the relationship between surface and structure, hardware, opening and integration with neighboring planes. Engineering does not replace the material’s nature. It organizes the presence of stone and wood within an architectural solution.

This combination of natural matter and precise manufacturing allows the door to be specified alongside the façade, flooring, lighting, landscaping and woodwork. The result is an opening that takes part in the project from its conception, with integrated performance and visual identity.

The Naturale Collection is affirmed in this relationship. Stone brings millions of years to the contemporary experience. Wood records the growth and transformation of a species. Laguna offers the precision needed for these stories to remain visible in every space.

Construction precision allows the origin of matter to remain present in architecture.

The collection as architectural landscape

Naturale organizes different expressions of matter into an integrated reading of architecture. Natural stones and wood veneers come together through their origins, tones, veins and textures, expanding the possibilities of composition and the relationship between surface and space.

Monte Vitta PR and Lótus Quartzito work luminosity into light bases, while Monte Cristo, Macchia Vecchia PR and Lunare move through contrast and depth. Macchia Oro PR turns the movement of veins into pattern and symmetry. Bege Matira follows a softer, more mineral reading, while Red Velvet, Sodalita Blue and Quartzito Esmerald introduce color at different intensities.

Among the light woods, Carvalho and Tauari create brighter surfaces, in a palette that runs through beige, honey and soft natural tones. Freijó adds gold and brownish veins, while Jequitibá starts from a more subtle pinkish tone.

In the intermediate tones, Cumaru, Cedro and Sucupira bring the collection closer to a warmer palette, between browns and reddish nuances. Long veins, marked fibers and chromatic variations give the surfaces greater depth.

Nogueira, Imbuia and Pau-Ferro occupy the darkest spectrum of the Legno Line. Deep browns, greenish nuances and higher-contrast veins create compositions with a denser, more pronounced presence.

Every choice affects the perception of the entrance. Light meets distinct surfaces, veins guide the eye and tones establish relationships with the project’s other elements. Stone and wood become part of the door as part of the architectural composition.

The Naturale Collection presents matter as a design element: a curation in which origin, surface and architecture build different possibilities of expression.

Naturale Collection: two lines. Two expressions. One same origin.
